1. If you hear the audio of a video playing twice whilst you are on the App, you will be required to remove the App from the background, please note this does not mean to delete the App. This process of removing the App from the background, allows the app to restart and to fix the audio playing twice.

A. Double click the home button to display your most recently used Apps.

B. If you are using a 3rd generation iPad Pro which does not have a home button, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen to display your most recently used Apps. 

2. Swipe up on the app’s preview to close the app. 

3. Next, simply tap on the Performa Sports App icon to relaunch the App.
