1. Login as the account holder and click on your name in the top right corner. A drop down menu will appear. Now click "Account Settings". 

2. Now click on "Permissions".

3. Now click on the check box beside "Allow players to download video" and click on "Save Changes". 

4. Your players will now see the download button underneath the video.
