1. If you click into your video and it plays for you but return to the video section and it still appears to be processing a hard refresh will bring the thumbnail to the video.

2. On Mac, hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift key and then press R and your broswer will refresh.
3. On Windows, hold down Ctrl and press F5.
